Rachel Zylstra is classically trained on piano and is “smoky, sweet and verbose (in the best ways)”. She writes songs rich in narrative while her voice, described as “wood-warm, unwavering” and weaves “luminous cadence & sweet melancholy” throughout her music. Christy Ringrose was born in Scotland but grew up in Trondheim, Norway. “Making things makes me happy, whether it is music, art or food. I never thought I would become a musician – but once I started writing songs I couldn’t stop!”

Rachel says, “In each of our bodies of work, we experiment with fresh musicality. We cover all sorts of stories and themes, but the strong undercurrent of personal Christian faith threads through all of it.”
