Worship
Sunday morning worship is held at Nicolson Square at 11.00am. On the first Sunday of the month this service includes Holy Communion. At the same time children and young people have the opportunity to join Breakout, which offers activities suitable for different age groups.
Sunday Evening service usually takes place at Nicolson Square and is held at 6.30pm. The first Sunday and third Sunday (and fifth, where applicable) are more traditional (with Holy Communion on the third Sunday). The second and fourth Sundays will vary with discussions, dialogues and different forms of worship. Tea and coffee are offered at the end of our services with an opportunity to meet members of the congregation.
On the first Wednesday of every month from October to March a service is offered in the Acorn Centre from 2pm. Check the Calendar for more details.
All our buildings have access and facilities for disabled people and have an Audio Induction Loop.
Coming to our morning service you may notice our Candle for Peace. Click here to see more information about the Candle for Peace in a new window.
Other acts of worship take place during the week. Details of these are published in the weekly notice sheet. For further information please call 0131 662 8635, e-mail support@edinburghmethodist.com or check the calendar.
