Hello! There are a small but very sociable number of youths and young adults at CEMC. We love to have each other over for food and enjoy sharing Christian memes. It is really lovely to be able to share your faith with someone of your own age and we would love to have new ‘younger’ people to share food, etc. with!
The church community are really supportive of us younger adults. We are often invited round for food by older members of the church, are always looked out for and have even been invited away on someone’s boat! Having a church community to be there for you is a very special thing, especially as a university student/ adult moving to a new city.
In September 2022, a group of us are heading down to Birmingham NEC to go to 3Generate– the Methodist Youth Assembly. Photos to come!
We are also in the process of starting up a 20s and 30s group so please get in touch if you fancy having a chat with people who share a similar faith and birthday to you!
